Effective Date: September 7, 2026

By making a reservation, submitting payment, electronically accepting this agreement, signing a rental agreement, or taking possession of the trailer, the renter (“Renter”) agrees to these Rental Terms & Conditions.

Rental charges are due in full at the time of reservation unless Rentals307 / Dump307, LLC (“Rentals307”) approves other arrangements.

The rental charge covers only the rental period and services specifically identified in the reservation.

For Full Service rentals, landfill, transfer station, disposal, special-item, overweight, prohibited-material, and similar disposal charges are additional unless specifically stated otherwise.

Any additional charges authorized under this agreement remain the responsibility of the Renter even if they exceed the amount of the security deposit.

A $200 security deposit is required.

The security deposit is security for the Renter's obligations under this agreement. It is not an automatic penalty and will normally be refunded after the trailer has been returned and inspected, provided:

• The trailer is returned by the agreed date and time. 
• The trailer is returned in substantially the same condition in which it was provided, ordinary wear excepted. 
• There is no damage attributable to the Renter or persons using the trailer with the Renter's permission. 
• The trailer is reasonably clean. 
• All supplied equipment is returned. 
• All rental, disposal, damage, cleaning, late, and other authorized charges have been paid. 
• The Renter has complied with the loading, towing, use, and return requirements of this agreement. 

Rentals307 may apply all or part of the security deposit toward actual amounts owed for damage, repairs, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, unauthorized late return, improper loading, prohibited materials, unpaid disposal charges, or other charges authorized under this agreement.

The Renter remains financially responsible for amounts exceeding the $200 security deposit.

If deductions are made, Rentals307 may provide an explanation of the charges and supporting documentation when reasonably available.

The timing of a refunded security deposit may depend upon the payment processor or financial institution.

The rental begins and ends at the dates and times stated in the reservation or rental agreement.

The trailer must be returned or made available for pickup at the agreed date and time.

If additional time is needed, the Renter must call or text 307-222-9547 before the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Approved additional rental days are currently $75 per additional day unless a different amount is shown in the reservation.

An unauthorized late return may be charged at the applicable additional-day rate or other applicable rental rate for the period the trailer remains unavailable.

The Renter may also be responsible for reasonable, documented costs actually incurred by Rentals307 because of an unauthorized late return.

For Self Service rentals:

You pick it up. You tow it. You dump it. You return it empty.

The Renter must provide:

• A suitable and approved tow vehicle. 
• Proper hitch and towing equipment. 
• A valid driver's license. 
• Current vehicle insurance. 
• Any additional equipment reasonably necessary for safe towing. 

The Renter assumes responsibility for the trailer from the time possession is accepted until the trailer is returned to and accepted by Rentals307.

Only an authorized, properly licensed driver may tow the trailer.

The trailer may not be loaned, subleased, rented, transferred, or entrusted to an unauthorized person.

The trailer must be returned empty, unless Rentals307 approves another arrangement in advance.

If Rentals307 must dump a trailer that was required to be returned empty, the Renter may be charged the applicable Dumping Service Add-On plus the actual disposal charge.

For Full Service rentals:

I deliver it. You load it. I pick it up and dump it.

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and reasonably accessible location for delivery and retrieval.

The customer is responsible for the contents of the trailer and for properly loading the trailer in accordance with Rentals307's requirements.

Unless expressly included in the quoted price, dump and disposal fees are additional to the Full Service rental charge.

The customer will be charged the actual disposal cost based upon the facility used, load weight, material, and disposal rate in effect at the time of disposal.

When available, a receipt from the disposal facility will be provided.

The Renter/customer is responsible for properly loading the trailer and complying with all Rentals307 loading requirements.

Available space inside the trailer does not mean the trailer can safely or legally be filled to the top.

The load must:

• Remain within the trailer's legal and rated weight capacities. 
• Be reasonably balanced. 
• Be properly contained and secured. 
• Not create an unsafe towing condition. 
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations. 
• Comply with any material-specific loading instructions provided by Rentals307. 

Dense materials require substantially lower fill levels.

Dirt, small rock, shingles, roofing materials, and other dense or heavy materials may have specific maximum loading levels regardless of remaining trailer volume.

Concrete and large boulders are not permitted.

Rentals307 may refuse to tow, transport, dump, or accept an overloaded, improperly loaded, prohibited, or otherwise unsafe load until the condition is corrected.

The Renter/customer is responsible for reasonable costs resulting from improper loading, including necessary unloading, reloading, labor, additional trips, transportation, disposal, or other corrective work.

The following materials are prohibited unless Rentals307 expressly approves the item and its disposal is lawful:

• Hazardous or toxic materials. 
• Flammable or explosive materials. 
• Radioactive materials. 
• Medical or biohazardous waste. 
• Illegal substances or materials. 
• Fuels, oils, wet paint, or similar liquids. 
• Concrete. 
• Large boulders. 
• Materials prohibited by the disposal facility. 
• Materials prohibited by applicable law. 

Tires, televisions, appliances, and other special-disposal items must be disclosed in advance and may result in additional disposal charges.

The Renter/customer is responsible for actual disposal charges, cleanup costs, fines, penalties, or other expenses resulting from prohibited, hazardous, improperly disclosed, or undisclosed materials placed in the trailer by the Renter/customer or persons under their control.

The Renter is responsible for loss or physical damage to the trailer occurring while it is in the Renter's possession to the extent caused by the Renter, an authorized user, misuse, improper towing, improper loading, overloading, collision, negligence, abuse, unauthorized use, or failure to comply with this agreement.

Depending upon the circumstances, the Renter may be responsible for reasonable and documented costs associated with:

• Parts and repairs. 
• Tire and wheel damage. 
• Structural damage. 
• Hydraulic or electrical damage caused by misuse. 
• Missing equipment. 
• Excessive cleaning. 
• Towing or recovery necessitated by the Renter's actions. 
• Other documented losses resulting from the Renter's breach of this agreement. 

The $200 security deposit does not limit the Renter's financial responsibility for damage or other amounts owed.

Any accident, theft, damage, tire failure, mechanical problem, or other significant incident must be reported immediately to Rentals307 at 307-222-9547.

For Self Service rentals, the Renter is responsible for tire or wheel damage occurring while the trailer is in the Renter's possession when caused by road hazards, improper use, overloading, curbing, punctures, impact, misuse, or other conditions attributable to the rental.

The Renter is not responsible for a tire condition shown to have existed before the rental or for ordinary wear unrelated to the Renter's use.

The Renter should not continue towing the trailer when a tire, wheel, bearing, hitch, lighting system, brake system, or other component appears unsafe.

Contact Rentals307 immediately if a problem occurs.

The Renter is responsible for complying with applicable traffic, towing, vehicle-weight, load-securement, parking, and roadway laws while possessing or operating the trailer.

The Renter is responsible for citations, fines, towing charges, impound charges, or penalties resulting from the Renter's operation, parking, loading, towing, or use of the trailer.

The Renter is responsible for ensuring the trailer is properly connected to the tow vehicle before travel, including the hitch, coupler, safety chains, electrical connection, breakaway system, and other required towing components.

If the trailer becomes unsafe to operate, the Renter must stop using it and contact Rentals307

The customer is responsible for identifying and approving the location where the trailer will be delivered, parked, loaded, or retrieved.

The customer represents that they have permission to place the trailer at the requested location.

Dump trailers and tow vehicles are heavy and may damage:

• Asphalt. 
• Concrete. 
• Pavers. 
• Landscaping. 
• Lawns. 
• Curbs. 
• Irrigation systems. 
• Septic systems. 
• Underground utilities. 
• Other surfaces or improvements. 

The customer is responsible for identifying underground utilities, irrigation, septic systems, concealed conditions, weight-restricted surfaces, or other conditions that may affect safe placement.

Rentals307 is not responsible for damage resulting solely from placement at a location specifically selected, requested, or directed by the customer or from concealed conditions that were not reasonably apparent, except to the extent the damage results from Rentals307's own negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Wyoming law.

Rentals307 may refuse to place or retrieve the trailer from a location reasonably believed to be unsafe or inaccessible.

The Renter acknowledges that towing a dump trailer involves risks associated with operating a motor vehicle while towing a loaded or unloaded trailer.

The Renter is responsible for determining that the Renter has the vehicle, hitch, equipment, experience, ability, and legal authority necessary to tow the trailer safely.

The Renter assumes the ordinary risks associated with the Renter's possession, towing, loading, unloading, securing, parking, and use of the trailer.

This provision does not release Rentals307 from liability that cannot lawfully be waived under Wyoming law.

To the extent permitted by Wyoming law, the Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Rentals307 / Dump307, LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, fines, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from the negligent, unlawful, unauthorized, or improper towing, loading, possession, operation, parking, or use of the trailer by the Renter or an authorized user, or from their violation of this agreement.

This provision is not intended to require the Renter to indemnify Rentals307 for Rentals307's own negligence or for liability that Wyoming law does not permit Rentals307 to transfer to the Renter.

This narrower language is intentional because Wyoming courts strictly construe indemnification provisions, particularly provisions attempting to shift responsibility for another party's negligence.

A reservation removes the trailer from availability to other customers.

Unless a different cancellation policy is expressly stated in the reservation:

More than 48 hours before the scheduled rental:
The rental payment may be refunded, less any non-refundable payment-processing charges actually incurred, if applicable.

Within 48 hours of the scheduled rental:
The rental payment is generally non-refundable. Rentals307 may provide a rental credit at its discretion.

Same-day cancellation or no-show:
Rental charges are non-refundable unless Rentals307 determines otherwise.

If Rentals307 cancels because the reserved trailer or service cannot be provided, the customer will be offered an appropriate reschedule, rental credit, or refund of the affected rental charge.

Reservations may be rescheduled subject to availability.

A customer-requested reschedule is subject to a 25% rescheduling fee based on the original rental charge.

The remaining eligible amount paid will be applied as credit toward the rescheduled rental.

If the rescheduled rental costs more than the available credit, the difference must be paid before the new rental begins.

If the rescheduled rental costs less than the available credit, no cash refund of the 25% rescheduling fee will be provided.

Only one customer-requested reschedule is permitted per reservation unless Rentals307 approves otherwise.

A new rental date is not guaranteed until the reschedule has been confirmed by Rentals307.

Weather, unsafe road conditions, landfill closures, equipment failures, governmental restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect delivery, pickup, dumping, or availability.

Rentals307 may delay, modify, or reschedule service when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If Rentals307 is unable to provide the contracted rental or service, the affected rental charge may be rescheduled, credited, or refunded as appropriate.

Any collision, theft, vandalism, property damage, or accident involving the trailer must be reported to Rentals307 immediately.

When required by law or reasonably requested by Rentals307, the Renter must also report the incident to law enforcement and provide Rentals307 with available report information.

The Renter agrees to reasonably cooperate with Rentals307 and applicable insurers in investigating an accident, loss, theft, or damage claim.

The Renter may not modify the trailer or authorize or perform significant repairs without prior approval from Rentals307.

In an emergency, the Renter may take reasonable action necessary to prevent immediate additional property damage or personal injury but must contact Rentals307 as soon as reasonably possible.

Call or text 307-222-9547 if any mechanical or equipment problem occurs.

This Rental Agreement and the parties' rights and obligations arising from the rental shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

If a provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Rental Agreement & Terms and Conditions, the customer's reservation, applicable pricing and charges, and the Rentals307 Dump Trailer Loading & Usage Requirements presented or linked to the Renter during the reservation process are expressly incorporated into and made part of this Rental Agreement.

The Renter agrees to comply with those loading and usage requirements as a condition of the rental.

No verbal statement changes these terms unless Rentals307 expressly agrees to the change.

Express incorporation is preferable to simply referring to another document; Wyoming contract cases look to whether the parties clearly intended an outside document to become part of their agreement.

The Renter agrees that this agreement may be presented and accepted electronically.

By checking an acceptance box, electronically signing, submitting the reservation and payment after being presented with these terms, signing a rental agreement, or accepting possession of the trailer, the Renter acknowledges that the Renter:

• Has been provided an opportunity to read this agreement before completing the reservation. 
• Has read and understands the Rental Agreement & Terms and Conditions. 
• Has read and understands the incorporated Dump Trailer Loading & Usage Requirements. 
• Understands the applicable rental charges, security deposit, cancellation policy, and rescheduling policy. 
• Understands that improper loading, overloading, prohibited materials, late return, damage, or other violations may result in additional charges. 
• Understands that all or part of the $200 security deposit may be applied toward amounts actually owed under this agreement. 
• Agrees to be bound by this agreement. 

Wyoming has adopted the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, under which a record or signature generally cannot be denied legal effect solely because it is electronic, and an electronic signature may satisfy a legal signature requirement when the Act applies.

BY COMPLETING THE RESERVATION, THE RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ALL INCORPORATED RENTAL AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS.

The Renter understands that safe towing and proper loading are essential conditions of a Self Service rental.

The Renter further understands that the $200 security deposit is not a limit on liability and that the Renter may be responsible for additional amounts when authorized by this agreement.
